How Purchasing Our Bulk Beef Works

Buying beef in bulk is the most rewarding, cost-effective way to feed your family, but the process looks a little different than a standard grocery store run. We believe in 100% transparency, so here is exactly how your beef goes from our Missouri pastures to your family freezer.

Step 1. Secure Your Share with a Deposit & Receive a Cut Sheet

• 1/4 Beef Deposit: $250

• 1/2 Beef Deposit: $300

• Whole Beef Deposit: $400

To reserve your beef, you will place a non-refundable deposit through our website. This secures your share for our upcoming harvest cycle and allows us to schedule your processing slot.

We are not doing any custom cuts at this time.

Step 2. The Harvest & 'Hanging Weight' Calculation:

Once the animal is humanely harvested, it is weighed at our local, artisanal butcher shop before being dry-aged. This is called the Hanging Weight, and it is the standard industry baseline we use to calculate your final price.

Our price is all-inclusive, meaning we completely absorb the butcher's harvest fees, cutting, and vacuum-seal packaging costs so you never get a surprise bill.

• 1/4 Beef: Base price of $9.00/lb hanging weight (Avg. weight: 166-175 lbs)

• 1/2 Beef: Base price of $8.75/lb hanging weight (Avg. weight: 330-350 lbs)

• Whole Beef: Base price of $8.50/lb hanging weight (Avg. weight: 660-700 lbs)

Step 3. Final Payment & Processing:

After harvest, your beef is processed into individual cuts, packaged, and prepared for your family. Once we receive the final hanging weight and processing details, we will send your final invoice with your deposit applied toward the balance.

Once the final invoice is paid, your beef will be ready for pickup or delivery.

Step 4. Regional Delivery & Pickup:

Pickup is available at Sanders Farms: 179 Wanda Way, Kissee Mills, MO

Pickup options will also be available in Branson, MO and Springfield, MO.

Sanders Farms is located approximately 30 minutes from Branson, Missouri and 45 minutes from Springfield, Missouri. Pickup dates, times, and locations for Branson and Springfield orders will be coordinated upon purchase of product.
